Meet the Founders

 A CPA and CFE, Jonathan brings almost 20 years of broad financial expertise cultivated across public accounting, advisory, consulting, and private industry. His diverse experience includes working with specialized sectors like private equity, SaaS, education and hospitality. In his private sector roles, Jonathan built finance teams from scratch, establishing new processes and providing the comprehensive training necessary to support aggressive company scaling. 

When not working, he's dedicated to the hands-on project of restoring his first car.

Stephanie is a CPA and finance veteran with almost 20 years in public and private accounting. While her foundation is in the numbers, her primary focus has always been finding and building top-tier teams. During her 11 years in public accounting at CBIZ, Stephanie played a key role in recruiting and training for the New York office. She then moved to the private sector where she built finance departments from the ground up to support company scaling and growth. 

Outside of the office, she is kept very busy spoiling her three wonderful dogs!

With over 15 years of experience as an executive assistant to C-Suite executives, Tiffany has built her career on delivering strategic support, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring organizations operate seamlessly. Her extensive and diverse background has given her a front-row seat to the pivotal role that top-tier talent plays in driving business success.
Tiffany brings a unique perspective to recruiting, combining her insider knowledge of leadership needs with a passion for connecting exceptional professionals to the right opportunities. Her mission is to help companies scale by building strong, high-performing teams.
Outside of her professional life, Tiffany can often be found at a boutique fitness class or embracing her favorite role as mother to her two beautiful daughters.
